About this coloring page
Interlocking wave bands run right across the page, and every band carries a different repeating pattern — dots, scales, stripes, spirals. There is no subject to get right here, which is the point: you pick a band, pick a colour, and stop thinking. Adults tend to find this more restful than anything representational. Works equally well in three colours or thirty.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
