About this coloring page
A leafy sea dragon drifts through a stand of kelp, and the joke of the drawing is that you have to look twice to find it. Every one of those leaf-shaped flaps is camouflage, not a fin — the animal actually swims with two tiny transparent fins you can barely see. The overlap between creature and kelp makes this a genuinely tricky, satisfying page. Colouring the dragon slightly warmer than the kelp is the trick to keeping it findable.
Printing tips
Set your printer to “fit to page” and turn off headers and footers. Ordinary 80 gsm paper is fine for pencils; use 120 gsm or heavier if you colour with markers so the ink does not bleed through.
